1. Controller

2. What we process and why

• Contact form and web advisor: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), description of your need, sector, goals, systems, company size and timeline. Purpose: replying to your request and preparing an offer. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Marketing messages: only if you tick the separate box. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Anonymous conversation statistics: which advisor steps were completed (no name or contact), to improve the questionnaire.
• Technical records: your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash, to limit abuse (rate limiting).

3. Web advisor

The advisor on this site is an automated guided questionnaire. It is not a person. Your request is reviewed and answered by Nikola Zagorac personally. Scope and price are never decided automatically.

4. Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months from receipt, unless a business relationship is formed (then statutory retention periods apply). Anonymous statistics contain no personal data and are kept without a time limit.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data is stored on our hosting provider's server (WMD) and delivered by e-mail to our business mailbox. We do not sell it. If we later add an AI chat service, we will inform you before it is used and will process data only with providers under a data processing agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. Send requests to nikola@7invent.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

7. Cookies

This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. The admin area uses only a technical login cookie, available to the owner only.
